Job Description Competitive Base Salary of $50k to $65k , plus Commission ( Details Discussed During Interview) About The Role Grow and manage an established MRO customer base while developing new business in the Rochester, NY area. You'll be Omni's face in the field-- helping customers solve real maintenance and production challenges using industrial hose, hydraulic, and fluid-conveyance solutions. This is a relationship-driven, hands-on sales role with strong support from inside sales, retail, and warehouse teams. What You'll Do * Manage and grow a portfolio of MRO, manufacturing, fleet, and industrial accounts * Prospect new customers and identify opportunities within assigned territory * Conduct on-site customer visits to understand applications and recommend solutions * Sell industrial hose, hydraulic hose, fittings, assemblies, and related MRO products * Work closely with inside sales, retail counter, and operations to deliver fast, accurate service * Develop long-term customer relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and technical know-how * Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close business * Track activity and opportunities in the CRM system * Attend product, safety, and sales training as required * Represent Omni professionally in the field and at customer locations * Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring ( Must Haves) * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach * Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, Excel) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to travel locally within the Rochester territory * Ability to pass drug screen Preferred Qualifications * Outside sales experience in industrial, MRO, hydraulic, or fluid-power distribution * Knowledge of hoses, fittings, hydraulics, or mechanical systems * Experience selling to manufacturing, fleet, utilities, or industrial customers * Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling * Wholesale distribution experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
