In this position, your goal is to Provide residential customers with high-end security screen doors & security window screens. You'll work independently, with support from our team, to make homes in your community safer! Pay Structure and Training You will begin with a 3-week training period at our facilities in Sacramento & Stockton, CA. Once training is complete and your full commission structure is in place, you'll have the opportunity to earn through successful sales! We also aim to ensure your success by providing tools like paid-training and education, full-benefits, and the use of a company vehicle! At least 2 years of outside sales experience is required.
