Training In the classroom, and in the field, our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their time-tested formula that lead to their direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are some examples of the professional mentoring you will receive. Our training program is around 13 weeks, but we find that the best way to learn is to get to it. Our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks---giving them the ability to start building a book of business as soon as possible.
