Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Equipment Sales Representative for a hybrid position that is primarily in-office with one designated day per week on the road. This role is responsible for inside and outside equipment sales and requires strong product knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals. Responsibilities * Sell tractors, zero-turn mowers, light construction equipment, and related implements * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through delivery * Build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships * Leverage product and industry knowledge to recommend the right equipment solutions * Prospect and engage customers using social media, digital outreach, etc. * Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales consistently * Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline activity, and reporting * Use computer systems and QuickBooks for documentation and order processing * Collaborate closely with sales, service, and parts teams while working primarily in-office * Stay current on equipment offerings, pricing, and industry trends * Attend trade shows, sales training, dealer meetings Qualifications * Proven experience in equipment sales (preferred) * Strong product knowledge of tractors, zero-turn mowers, light construction equipment, and implements * Demonstrated success building customer relationships and closing deals * Experience using social media for business development or sales * Tech-comfortable: open to using modern tools to improve prospecting, communication, and efficiency * Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, reporting systems, and QuickBooks * Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly accountable * Organized with strong follow-through * Team-oriented, adaptable work ethic * Valid & clean driver's license * Ability to work Saturdays on rotation (Spring - Fall) Compensation & Benefits * Salary + Commission (no cap) * Health & Dental Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation * Retirement plan with Company match * Use of company vehicle when on the road * Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Apply if you're ready to sell equipment, build relationships, and take ownership of your results as part of a tight-knit team.
