Your Impact: * Be the Face of Home Health Care, Inc.: Represent our brand at hospitals , clinics , senior living facilities , and community events. * Drive Referral Growth: Develop partnerships with discharge planners , case managers , physicians , and other key referral sources. * Educate and Inspire: Present the value of home care through compelling education and outreach. * Coordinate with Clinical Teams: Align sales strategies with intake, field staff, and leadership for a seamless experience. * Analyze and Improve: Track performance, adjust outreach, and identify new growth opportunities.
