• Drive growth by building and nurturing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, case managers, discharge planners, and more
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on new leads and referral inquiries
• Promote our full range of services, including personalized homecare and skilled home health
• Represent our Wellness Program and Homewatch Connect technology with confidence
• Deliver community presentations , attend networking events, and host in-services
• Maintain CRM documentation and provide regular sales activity reports
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs What We 're Looking For:
• Self-starter with 3+ years of outside sales experience (healthcare, homecare, or related field strongly preferred)
• A track record of exceeding goals and quotas
• Emotionally intelligent communicator with the ability to listen and build trust
• Experience with field-based work and networking across the county
• Highly organized, persistent , and accountable
• Familiarity with Broward County referral sources is a plus
• Comfortable with field-based work and networking across the county
• Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in senior services
• A track record of exceeding goals and quotas
• Experience in healthcare, homecare, or a related field
• Must have a valid driver's license
