Moon Men is a South Florida-based hemp THC brand specializing in premium exotic pre-rolls, flower, disposables, and gummies. We are rapidly expanding across the state and building an Sales Executive (In-House) -- Commission Only (Uncapped) | Moon Men THC South Florida (In-Person) | Full-Time | Not Remote Moon Men is a fast-growing, compliant THC brand expanding nationwide into smoke shops. We're hiring an in-house Sales Executive to open new accounts, close first-time orders, and build long-term reorder relationships. This role is for someone who wants performance-based income with no ceiling. If you're hungry, consistent, and can handle rejection without slowing down, you can build a serious income here. What You 'll Do * Prospect smoke shops daily and open new accounts * Present Moon Men products and close first-time orders * Follow up to convert leads into recurring reorder customers * Maintain relationships with store owners/managers * Retain accounts and drive consistent reorders * Track outreach, notes, and follow-ups in our system What We 're Looking For * High work ethic and daily consistency (high activity / high output) * Comfortable hearing "no" and working through objections * Coachable, competitive, and motivated by commission * Confident communicator with a professional tone * Reliable and able to work in-house full-time * Sales experience preferred (smoke shop / vape / THC industry is a plus) -- not required if you're hungry and disciplined Compensation Commission Only (Uncapped) -- Aggressive Commission Structure * High earning potential for closers * Expected Year 1 Earnings: $60,000 - $100,000+ Schedule & Location * Full-Time * In-House / In-Person (South Florida) * Not Remote Why Moon Men * Fast-growing brand with strong demand * Straightforward pitch + strong reorder potential * Performance culture where production wins * Growth path to leadership for top performers How to Apply Submit your resume and include a short note about why you want a commission- only sales role.
