Hopkins Auto Group is growing and currently seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to join our Honda Dealership. Prior Sales Experience is preferred, but not required. Entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply, we will offer training to the right individual! Car Sales Representative- Benefits: * Competitive Pay Plan: Up to $120,000/ year based on performance * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401k * Paid Sick Time & Paid Vacation * Opportunity for Growth * Paid Training Car Sales Representative- Qualifications: * Prior Sales Experience not required * Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic * Quality customer service skills * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday * Proficient computer and internet skills Car Sales Representative- Responsibilities: * Assists customers in selecting a vehicle. * Use outstanding communication and listening skills. * Conducts vehicle test drives. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. * Provide an exceptional customer experience. * Continuously develop product and sales acumen. * Completes and stays up to date with manufacturer training. * Works with management to meet and exceed sales goals. * Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
