Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Making phone calls, text, emails to internet leads. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Experience in conducting product demos is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques are essential.
