Position: Plumbing Sales Representative Pay: $ 60,000-$200,000+ Compensation Breakdown: * Commission Based pay structure * Uncapped commission * Performance Based Bonus * Referral Program Bonus * Customer Review Bonus Hours: * Full-Time * 40hrs a week * Monday - Friday Benefits: * Company Vehicle Provided * Company Card Provided * Company Phone/Tablet Provided * Tools/Equipment Provided * 401(k) Retirement Plan - With Matching * Vacation / Sick / Holiday Pay Requirements: * Minimum +3 years of experience as a Service/Sales Plumber. * Current and valid Plumber license * Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering professional customer service. * Excellent Communicator * Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check * Apart from servicing, these technicians will also generate leads and maybe even sales. Some sales expertise is preferred. Responsibilities: * Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their plumbing needs, concerns, and preferences. * Clearly explain the features, benefits, and long-term value of recommended plumbing products and services. * Perform thorough in-home evaluations to assess existing plumbing systems and identify repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities. * Develop and present a minimum of three solution options (repair, replace, and upgrade), tailored to the customer's goals and budget. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive trust, repeat business, and referral generation. * Accurately document all customer interactions, recommendations, sales activities, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
