Position: Plumbing Sales Representative Pay: $ 60,000-$200,000+

Compensation

Breakdown:

• Commission Based pay structure

Requirements

:

• Minimum +3 years of experience as a Service/Sales Plumber.
• Current and valid Plumber license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering professional customer service.
• Excellent Communicator
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
• Apart from servicing, these technicians will also generate leads and maybe even sales. Some sales expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their plumbing needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and long-term value of recommended plumbing products and services.
• Perform thorough in-home evaluations to assess existing plumbing systems and identify repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities.
• Develop and present a minimum of three solution options (repair, replace, and upgrade), tailored to the customer's goals and budget.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive trust, repeat business, and referral generation.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, recommendations, sales activities, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
