What You'll Do

• Support case coverage, inventory logistics, and sterile processing coordination
• Assist with surgeon education, staff in-services, and clinical product support
• Shadow and collaborate with senior sales reps to learn the business inside and out
• Help scale a high-growth territory by delivering real value to hospitals and surgical teams
• Be available for occasional weekend call and high-volume workweeks We're Looking For
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Competitive background
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in the OR
• Grit, coachability, and the willingness to grind and grow into a career
• Sales experience not required
