Job Description

We are a growing security services company seeking a motivated and results- driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout the Bay Area. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with businesses, property managers, and organizations. Please Note: Sales experience (In security guard services industry experience required)

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for security services
• Present and sell customized security solutions (guard services, mobile patrols, event security, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (security guard services industry experience required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits What We Offer
