What You'll Be Doing: DRIVING SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT * Be a true BRITTO Brand Ambassador, infusing every interaction with positivity and passion. * Deliver the full BRITTO Experience: greet, engage, build relationships, and convert browsers into loyal collectors. * Provide leadership on the sales floor and inspire your team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals. * Use brand storytelling and product knowledge to create a meaningful connection with every customer. * Train and coach team members on sales techniques, brand values, and Romero Britto's artistic legacy. * Identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies for growth. OPERATIONS * Operate POS and inventory systems with accuracy. * Lead daily stock counts and inventory maintenance. * Ensure opening and closing duties are completed according to the checklist. * Handle daily cash deposits and other procedural tasks with integrity. * Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to support all operational needs. VISUAL PRESENTATION * Maintain an inspiring and immaculate store environment. * Oversee artwork handling, receiving, and merchandise transfers. * Ensure displays are creative, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics. * Daily upkeep of displays and store cleanliness. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving goals. * Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback on sales performance. * Ensure team follows SOPs and upholds brand standards. * Assign tasks efficiently and communicate daily expectations. * Report feedback, needs, and insights to leadership. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum 1 year of retail experience. * Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience. * Strong communication skills in English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a multitasking mindset. * Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to stand for long periods (up to 80%) and lift up to 35 lbs.
