We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive national account growth from our National Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with staffing or B2B services experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment. Earn a base salary plus the ability to earn uncapped commissions at this full- time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Job Description: * Develop and close new client accounts nationwide through outside sales efforts * Expand and reactivate existing and dormant client relationships * Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, client presentations, and on-site appointments * Oversee and support national sales activity across multiple markets * Assist internal recruitment team to meet revenue goals and objectives in fulfilling client staffing needs * Attend networking events to build brand awareness and client relationships * Gather market intelligence to support company growth strategies * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience strongly preferred) * Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred * Strong relationshipbuilding, negotiation, and followup skills * Highly organized with excellent time management abilities * Professional communication skills (verbal and written) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Comfortable conducting internet and market research Contact Information: * CareersUSA - National Headquarters * Application Process: Please submit your resume through this posting Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
