Sales Manager - National Headquarters (South Florida) CareersUSA | Boca Raton, FL Since 1981, CareersUSA is an award-winning, woman-owned, national staffing firm providing temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions, along with payroll processing and HR Time & Attendance software. We help businesses grow while connecting people with meaningful jobs and long-term careers. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive national account growth from our National Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with staffing or B2B services experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment. Earn a base salary plus the ability to earn uncapped commissions at this full- time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description

:

• Develop and close new client accounts nationwide through outside sales efforts
• Expand and reactivate existing and dormant client relationships
• Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, client presentations, and on-site appointments
• Oversee and support national sales activity across multiple markets
• Assist internal recruitment team to meet revenue goals and objectives in fulfilling client staffing needs
• Attend networking events to build brand awareness and client relationships
• Gather market intelligence to support company growth strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Strong relationshipbuilding, negotiation, and followup skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
