Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships. * Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events. * Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. * Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
