Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
