Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the flooring industry. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and recommend suitable products. Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve company objectives. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the flooring or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
