Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings. Responsibilities and Duties * Foster the relationships with key customer counter parts and decision makers. * Retrieve market information and conduct competitive analysis. * Manage day-to-day commercial and supply related tasks from factory or customers. * Handle projects from RFQ stage through mass production, and work with customer/factory to address obsolete material. * Facilitate cross functional teams to devise and execute account strategies and plans. * Review and scrub quotations before release to customers. * Negotiate contracts, such as master agreements, SOW, and settlement with customers. * Monitor MPS, CTB (clear-to-build) and supply plan reports and escalate and coordinate support when there are drastic MPS fluctuations, material shortage, or supply de-commit. * Prepare annual sales plan and achieve the set goals. Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's degree in business or related * 3+ years' experience in sales, supply chain or project management * Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint * Strong customer focus and attention to details * Excellent communication skills * Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment * Able to travel internationally (20-30%) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Language: * Mandarin Chinese (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Cupertino, CA 95014 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Cupertino, CA 95014: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
