Essential Responsibilities: * Manage the full sales cycle for the community * Collaborate with corporate marketing on localized advertising and materials * Generate and maintain a strong lead pipeline using online and in-person strategies * Network with local professionals and community organizations * Host tours, lunches, and visits for prospective residents and decision-makers * Execute timely, thoughtful follow-up strategies * Engage on-site leadership and department heads in marketing efforts * Track leads and activity daily using the CRM * Negotiate rental agreements with prospective residents and families * Monitor local competitors, pricing, and market trends * Provide weekly sales and activity reports to leadership * Engage and empower on-site leadership and department heads to support marketing efforts, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of results * Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to enhance the community culture while driving occupancy and revenue growth * Lead with a servant-centered approach that prioritizes resident experience, teamwork, and accountability * Coach and influence team members to support sales and marketing initiatives through education, encouragement, and collaboration Required: * 3 to 4 years of senior living or related sales experience with a proven closing record * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Team Building Skills * Ability to guide families with confidence, clarity, and empathy * Reliable transportation for local outreach * Must be at least 21 years of age Preferred: * Experience with CRM systems - Welcome Home a plus * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Here, your work goes beyond sales.
