Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technician/ Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, knowledge of commercial units, and the ability to work independently. This role requires both technical understanding and strong customer relationship skills. Responsibilities: * Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate potential projects * Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals * Take clear photos onsite to document project details * Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and installers * Support sales efforts by building relationships and closing opportunities Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales and/or estimating (HVAC strongly preferred) * Knowledge of commercial HVAC units and systems * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-starter with excellent organizational skills * Comfortable using technology for reports, photos, and documentation Requirements * Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as construction or property maintenance. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC/R systems. * Familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, and welding techniques is preferred. * Previous experience as a service technician is a plus. * Ability to perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. * Valid driver's license is required. * Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous but not mandatory. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
