Hours & Schedule * Part Time and Full Time positions available * Flexible scheduling--you set your own hours * Tuesday through Saturday availability preferred * Weekend availability is strongly preferred * Mandatory weekly meetings: Two in-office Responsibilities * Study company tools and training materials to master the Stellar Process * Use apps and resources provided to research, identify, and target areas with homes that may need evaluations or services * Canvass targeted neighborhoods efficiently, maximizing homeowner interactions * Communicate effectively to help homeowners understand the importance of timely exterior repairs * Report weekly results and improvement plans to your team manager * Stay coachable and proactive to achieve personal and team goals, maximizing bonus potential Requirements * Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license * Strong communication skills and outgoing personality * Motivation and ability to work independently * Desire to master the proven Stellar Roofing process and embrace our culture of excellence (C) 2025 Stellar Roofing.
