Overview
As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the Rochester region. This is a true hunter role --ideal for someone who is energetic, competitive, and motivated by uncapped income potential. You'll consult with business leaders to uncover needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships. UBS provides full training, marketing support, and ongoing development to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and develop new B2B opportunities across assigned territory
- Conduct in-person meetings, needs assessments, and solution presentations
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach
- Prepare proposals and manage deals from initial contact through close
- Partner with Sales Management, Service, and IT teams to ensure customer success
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow UBS sales process standards
- Build long-term relationships that lead to recurring revenue and referrals Essential
Requirements
- Self-starter with strong prospecting and hunting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (in-person and via phone)
- Energetic, tenacious, and highly motivated by commission
- Reliable transportation for daily field sales activity
- Proven outside B2B sales experience (technology sales preferred)
- Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities

- Uncapped Commissions: Realistic first-year total commission earnings of $20,000 -$50,000, depending on performance
