Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business development , manage accounts , and drive B2B sales across various territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales , negotiation , and customer service skills, with experience in inside and outside sales , CRM software , and lead generation. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, conducting product demos, and upselling solutions tailored to customer needs. Duties * Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities. * Engage in cold calling , lead generation , and prospecting to identify new clients and expand market reach. * Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits. * Manage existing accounts through regular communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions. * Negotiate terms, close deals, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to support business development efforts. * Provide ongoing support through customer service , addressing client inquiries, issues, and upselling opportunities. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, market feedback, and competitive intelligence for analysis purposes. * Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales , inside sales , or outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong knowledge of sales management , territory management , and account management strategies. * Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. * Excellent skills in negotiation , communication, and presentation -- capable of conducting effective product demos. * Ability to develop new business through proactive outreach including cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Experience in industries such as technology sales , retail sales , or related fields is preferred. * Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast sales trends, and identify growth opportunities. * Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset; able to work independently while collaborating with team members. * A background in marketing or management is a plus but not required.
