As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our exterior solutions, and close projects in-home. You will be the expert on site, inspecting the property and providing solutions that last. What You'll Do * Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners (1-3 leads per day)--no cold calling or lead generation required. * Conduct professional exterior home consultations, product demos, provide estimates,and close the sale. * Perform physical inspections: Unlike other roles, this position requires getting on roofs and entering attics to accurately assess customer needs. * Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching and skill development. * Maintain a consistent schedule with appointment slots at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm (Fridays and Saturdays 10am/2pm only). What's In It for You * W-2 role with high earning potential based on performance * On-target earnings of $130,000+ annually * Two-week paid training at $500/ week * 10% commission structure (50/50 split) * Pre-set, qualified leads so you can focus on closing, not prospecting * Full health benefits available * Travel reimbursement What It Takes To Succeed * Physical Ability: Must be willing and able to climb a ladder to inspect roofs and enter attics. * Equipment: Must provide your own ladder and flashlight. * Reliability: Ability to drive an average of 60 miles per day in reliable transportation. * Availability: Must be available for evening appointments and every other Saturday. * Resilience: Ability to handle rejection without being discouraged and close deals on the spot. * Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
