Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the selection, layout, and customization of high-end kitchen and bath products. This is a commisssion based position, We provide the customer contacts, showroom, delivery access and vendors. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their renovation goals, preferences, and budget constraints through friendly and professional communication. * Utilize design software such as SketchUp or CAD to create accurate layout plans that optimize space, lighting, and functionality. * Upsell complementary products such as lighting fixtures, hardware, and accessories by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining organized merchandising displays. * Foster excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, managing inside sales opportunities, and supporting clients throughout the remodeling process. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or inside retail sales within the home improvement or interior design industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of layout design tools such as SketchUp or CAD software is highly desirable. * Familiarity with renovation processes, construction standards, remodeling practices, and maintenance considerations. * Prior experience with interior design projects will be considered an asset.
