Summary: An established Commercial HVAC Service Company is looking to hire a HVAC Sales Executive out of their South Florida office. The company provides HVAC Services throughout Florida, and is looking to expand their team in the South Florida area. Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors, engineers, and property owners. * Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. * Perform estimating tasks, including calculations for materials, engineering, software development, system startup, and subcontractor labor costs. * Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize cost-effectiveness. * Manage client accounts and maintain communication with customers. * Coordinate with various construction teams and trades. * Collaborate with internal teams such as engineers, programmers, project managers, and field technicians. * Handle requests for change orders and adjust project scope as necessary. * Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design schematics and specifications. * Able to assess and inspect mechanical equipment and control systems. * Handle requests for change orders and adjust project scope as necessary. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years experience in selling HVAC service agreements, generating $3M in business annually. * Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish. * Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. * Ability to travel to clients daily throughout the area. * Previous experience cold calling, prospecting is required.
