Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
• Sell and confidently explain UPS Store products and services
• Assist with store operations and back-office tasks
• Use computers and office software (Microsoft Office, internet applications)
• Safely lift and move packages up to 40 lbs
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, high-standard workplace What We 're Looking For

• Fast learner with attention to detail and efficiency
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical work
• Previous UPS Store experience is a plus
