A. Continuous Training & Weekly Meetings

• Attend one mandatory sales training meeting every Monday at 10:00 AM. B. Lead Generation & Sales Process
• ES Solar operates as a lead-based company. We run internet ads and have a dedicated door to door canvassing team that generates leads and appointments, which are added directly to your personal Google Calendar for you to close.
• In the beginning, you are expected to self-generate business through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking. Each self-generated account you close earns you points toward our "Power Rankings," which increases your lead assignments. This ensures a fair, performance-based system for lead distribution.
• Run company-provided leads, scheduled directly on your Google Calendar. Most meetings are conducted in person at the customer's home, so a personal vehicle is required. While some meetings may be over Zoom, 95% are face to face.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct discovery conversations, and recommend the best product solution for their energy needs.
• Close accounts and guide customers through the process, including completing DocuSign paperwork, credit approvals, and project initiation. C. Support & Customer Service
• Once a project is sold, our dedicated Project Managers handle permitting, interconnection, and installation logistics -- freeing you to focus on sales.
• Customer service is critical. Reps (Energy Technicians) are expected to answer calls from their customers post-sale and help quarterback communication between the customer and the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience preferred.
• If you don't have solar experience, still apply -- we also have entry-level sales positions available. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission Only (Uncapped)
• Performance based earnings Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• Weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
