Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Commercial Pest Control Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and the ability to engage in outside sales activities to expand our client base. Requirements * 1+ year of sales experience preferred (outside sales, home services, or pest control a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently * Willingness to learn and grow in the pest control industry * Familiarity with CRM software such as PipeDrive account management and lead tracking (preferred) * Willingness to engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand the client base. * Knowledge of pest control products and techniques is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. * Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
