Job Summary: We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts by offering customized printing solutions to clients across various industries. Duties and Responsibilities * Prospects, develops, and closes new business opportunities in commercial printing, mailing, and fulfillment services. * Maintains and grows relationships with existing clients by understanding their ongoing needs. * Conducts in-person and virtual meetings with clients to assess project requirements, budgets, and timelines. * Collaborates with internal production and customer service teams to ensure job accuracy and on-time delivery. * Prepares and delivers quotes and proposals tailored to client needs. * Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets. * Stays up to date on industry trends, pricing, and competitive offerings. * Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications *Bachelor's degree preferred. *5+ years of B2B sales experience required , ideally in commercial printing or related services (print, signage, marketing, mailing) preferred. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with good follow-up habits and CRM use. * Experience selling variable data printing, direct mail, or print-on-demand solutions.
