Great Opportunity for an experienced Sales Rep If you are driven, experienced and motivated to take your career to the next level this opportunity is for you! Get in on the ground level using your skils for door-to-door outreach, community networking, and local business partnerships. You'll lead by example -- generating leads, building relationships with homeowners, and helping clients understand our services after property damage events. Key Resposibilities * Lead neighborhood and business outreach campaigns ("door knocking"). * Generate and qualify leads for water, storm, and mold restoration projects. * Build relationships with homeowners, insurance agents, property managers, and contractors. * Collaborate with management to refine marketing and territory strategies. We're building a high-performing sales team and we are seeking a hands on Sales Team Leader who knows the South Florida restoration market and has proven ability to lead a motivated, field-based sales force and drive local lead generation. Qualifications * Proven sales success in restoration, roofing, or home services. * Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Must have a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
