We're looking for a motivated Business Development Rep to help grow our construction, roofing, and restoration business. You'll generate leads, build relationships, and drive new sales opportunities. What You 'll Do: * Identify and reach out to potential clients * Represent our brand at events and networking opportunities * Join BNI and Chamber of Commerce's as representative of our company * Coordinate with our sales and project teams What We 're Looking For: * Outgoing, self-driven personality * Strong communication and people skills * Experience in construction or sales a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,138.80 - $90,307.89 per year Work Location: In person
