Omega Global Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative who can offer reliable support to the Sales/ Marketing team. We are looking for a highly organized, well-rounded marketer with excellent communication skills. Preferably with previous sales experience / Not a must. * Assist with marketing Omega GTI to our current and prospect customers * Provide ongoing support of Marketing strategy initiatives and objectives, including execution of digital campaigns and other marketing programs, database continuity and growth and segmentation Key Responsibilities * Update customer records in the company database as required * Contact customers to offer our existing services, answer basic questions * Collaborate with Sales to reach out to existing and new customers * Creates and activates customer experiences in partnership with sales to drive pipeline * Customer experiences through digital acquisition, email marketing, event promotion and execution and direct mail * Responsible for collaboratively delivering best operational capabilities to exceed business objectives and maximize efficiency and effectiveness * Contribute to the development and execution of online content and digital branding/creative assets, including the creation of landing pages and other assets as needed * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed Preferred Qualifications * Outgoing, open to learning * Not afraid of the phone/talking to people * Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment * Excellent cross-team collaboration * Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills * High motivation with an eye for efficiency and passionate about improving technical delivery * Positive attitude, curious, knowledge sharer, strong communicator * Experience in program management, preferably within electronics manufacturing industry * Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment, with basic understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail * Experience with multi-channel activations involving public relations, content, digital, in product, sales and customer success teams is highly preferred * Ability to think about ambiguous or complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations Compensation * Salary + Monthly Commission and Yearly Bonus * Salary varies based on experience * Benefits (PTO, medical, dental, tuition reimbursement) Walk in applicants are welcome at the address: 19 Great Oaks Blvd Ste 30, San Jose, CA 95119 Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Morning shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Experience: * Marketing/Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
