What We Expect * Attend EVERY Virtual Monday meeting (9 AM) * Prospect 5+ days/week via CRM * Read Exactly What to Say + The Full Fee Agent * Host 2 open houses per week * Max 3 excused absences for meetings/trainings Commission Structure * Buyers & Listings: 50/50 split (ISA Lead 45/45/10) * Sphere Leads: 60/40 split (agent/team) * Milestone Increases: Every 8th sale for the year your split goes up by 5%, up to 80/20 You bring the drive, we 'll bring the systems, leads, and tools to help you thrive!
