Full description of the position

We are looking to hire an Appointment Setter to join our growing team! This is a door to door position with opportunities for advancement. A successful candidate will be a self starter, able to work well without constant supervision, and willing to work a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments with homeowners
• Setting clear expectations for a closer
• Engaging in conversations with customers

Compensation

: 3% commission (average of $1,500 per sale), performance based monthly incentives, end of month bonuses up to 5k, and year end bonuses including a free trip. Appointment Setters typically earn an average of $55/hr with no limit on earning potential.
