Self Generation - Sales Consultant (In-Home Closers & Lead Generators) LGCY Power LGCY Power is a rapidly growing residential solar company on a mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience while empowering our team members to grow personally, professionally, and financially. We are actively seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our solar sales organization in both in-home sales and lead generation roles. Whether you specialize in closing appointments or generating qualified leads, LGCY Power provides the systems, training, and support needed to succeed at a high level. What You 'll Do * Represent LGCY Power professionally while educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy * Deliver a positive, high-quality customer experience at every interaction * Work in either or both capacities: * In-Home Solar Consultant: looking for a high quality Project Manager to successfully walk Homeowners through the process to install batteries and solar. * Close leads that are routed to and from our in-house call center * Lead Generator: Generate interest through neighborhood outreach, including door hangers & Tags as well as direct engagement. * Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals * Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training * Manage customer relationships proactively from first contact through contract completion Who We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive mindset * Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Resourceful and able to multitask effectively * Availability for Tuesday -Saturday (evenings may be required) * Must be 18 years or older * Reliable transportation and smartphone required (iOS preferred) Compensation & Perks * Top-tier commission structure with generous bonuses * Unlimited income potential (up to $50,000 per week) * Clear advancement path into senior sales and leadership roles * Local and national sales competitions with premium incentives * Industry-leading solar technology with fast system designs and efficient closing tools * Full operational support handled by LGCY Power--allowing you to focus on selling and earning Job Details * Job Type: Full-time or Part-time * Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday * Work Location: Field-based / On the road * Location Requirement: Must be willing to fly to Nor Cal prior to trip start dates if you do not live in Nor Cal.
