We're looking for a driven *Sales & Customer Service Consultant *to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Requirements * Strong competitive drive -- You're motivated by goals, enjoy a challenge, and have a natural desire to win. * Sales instincts or experience -- Whether you've sold camp spots, sports programs, or fundraised for a team, you know how to connect with people and get them excited. * Comfortable generating leads and making outreach -- You're not afraid to make the first move, whether it's a phone call, email, or in-person conversation. * Ability to build rapport with families -- You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- You're great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids. * Fluent in English and Spanish -- You can confidently communicate with families in both languages. * Team player who takes initiative -- You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement.
