Mr. Formal is hiring an outbound caller to help connect with bridal leads and schedule in-store appointments. This is an in-person role at our Portland location , not remote. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, and enjoy talking with people (especially brides), this is a great flexible, part-time position with room to earn more based on performance. What you 'll be doing * Calling warm bridal leads (no cold calling lists) * Following a simple, proven script with room for natural conversation * Answering basic questions about Mr. Formal and our wedding services * Scheduling appointments for grooms and wedding parties * Updating notes and appointment outcomes accurately Schedule & Pay * Part-time: ~20 hours per week * Flexible days and hours * $20 -$22/hour to start, depending on experience * 60-day review with opportunity for spiffs/commission based on appointments scheduled What we 're looking for * Clear, confident phone presence * Friendly, professional, and reliable * Comfortable working toward appointment goals * Sales, customer service, or call experience is a plus (but not required) * Ability to work in-store at our Portland location Why Mr. Formal * Locally owned, woman-owned business * Nearly 50 years in the Portland metro area * Supportive team and clear expectations * Busy wedding season with strong lead volume If you're good on the phone and like turning conversations into booked appointments, we'd love to hear from you.
