What Youll Do * Prospect and close new business within retail, CPG, and fixture sectors. * Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and industry expertise. * Identify new market opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement. * Partner with leadership to develop strategic growth plans and hit aggressive sales targets. * Represent A1 Merchandising Group at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Who You Are * A proven hunter with a track record of exceeding sales goals and winning new business. * Confident, polished, and persuasive with strong presentation and negotiation skills. * Experienced in retail, merchandising, display, or CPG industries. * Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based success. * A relationship-builder who turns one deal into many through trust and delivery.
