As a Sales Representative, you will: Create Real Impact * Help homeowners make confident, informed decisions about securing their property. * Prevent families from overpaying for low-quality products or unlicensed contractors. * Drive revenue that fuels company growth, job creation, and expansion. * Build a reputation in your community as the trusted expert in impact protection. * Turn inbound leads into loyal customers who feel taken care of--not pressured. Your performance will directly influence our ability to serve more homeowners, grow our team, and deliver 5-star results. What You Will Do * Respond to inbound leads (no cold calling required, but initiative is rewarded). * Conduct in-home or virtual consultations. * Present product options, pricing, and financing with clarity and confidence. * Build accurate proposals and follow up until the deal is closed. * Track your pipeline and results in the CRM daily. * Hit monthly targets and continuously improve your performance.
