Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Classification: Non-exempt; Full Time Position What You 'll Do as a Commercial Lines Account Manager: The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a key role in keeping our clients happy and their insurance policies running smoothly. Together with the Client Relationship Manager you will handle policy updates, work with insurance carriers, and coordinate with other departments to get things done. This role is all about staying organized, communicating clearly, and delivering top- notch service. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Help manage client policies, including reviewing accounts and assisting with marketing efforts. * Talk with insurance carriers about renewals, changes, and updates to policies. * Support clients by answering payment questions, resolving concerns, and finalizing documents. * Create reports and set up insurance certificate templates in our system. * Stay on top of your tasks to make sure everything is done accurately and on time. * Keep learning! Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technology. * Communicate clearly and work well with others to help meet agency goals. * Share ideas to improve client service- you input matters! * Follow reporting guidelines and keep things organized. What You Bring to the Table: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Solid understanding of insurance products, markets, and underwriting. * Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. * Great people skills and a passion for helping clients. * Sharp attention to detail and excellent time management. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar tools. Experience and Credentials: * Must have a Property & Casualty License. * At least 2 years of experience working with large commercial accounts.
