Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking. * Manage and expand relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. * Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs, leveraging a broad product line and technical support team. * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client information using CRM tools. * Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively managing profitability and expanding market share. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training and development. Qualifications Required Skills * Proven track record in territory sales and business development. * Experience with CNC machinery, tooling, fixturing, and programming. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies. * Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., [please apply online] for sales management.
