We are hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our Miami team. This is a strong opportunity for a licensed insurance agent who wants to focus on selling personal lines insurance, building referral relationships, and growing a long term book. The role is in person during the training and performance ramp up period, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once you are consistently producing. About the Role As a Personal Lines Producer, your primary responsibility is to generate new business in home and auto insurance, and other personal lines. You'll work warm leads, build your own pipeline, and manage light service tasks tied to your sales. Our service team supports you with heavier servicing so you can stay focused on production. You will work directly with experienced agents who understand the Florida insurance market and provide hands on training, quoting guidance, and sales development. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and network to generate new personal lines leads * Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients * Quote and bind home and auto insurance policies * Present coverage options and help clients choose the right protection * Maintain strong communication with clients, lenders, and referral partners * Support your own book with light service tasks; collaborate with our service team for larger servicing needs * Manage applications, documentation, and accurate file handling * Create and follow simple marketing strategies to attract new clients * Analyze market trends and carrier changes to improve sales performance * Stay compliant with Florida insurance regulations and agency guidelines What Makes This Role Attractive * Sales first, not a heavy service desk role * Real support from a dedicated service team * Hands on mentorship from experienced Florida P&C producers * Access to top carriers and competitive personal lines markets * Clear earning potential and a path to higher commissions * In person onboarding for faster skills development * Hybrid flexibility available later for consistent producers Required Qualifications * Active Florida 20 44, 2 20, or 4 40 license * At least one year of experience in personal lines insurance * Some experience quoting homeowners insurance and auto insurance preferred * Strong sales skills and follow up habits * Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing your own pipeline * Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Compensation Two pay structures are available: Base + Commission Or Commission Only (higher payout structure) * Bonus opportunities for hitting production goals * Benefits available after a set period This role offers strong earning potential for motivated producers who want stability paired with unlimited upside.
