Reputable, solid, and growing local company looking for another outside salesman/estimator to join our sales team of estimators. We are an industry leader in our local area. We provide an array of services: * Exterior maintenance - roof cleaning & preserving, deck refinishing, gutter cleaning, siding washing, and pavement washing. * Exterior installation/replacement - gutter installation, gutter protection installation, skylight installation, awning installation (we are the SunSetter awning dealers for PDX Metro.) Comprehensive training in estimating each of these areas will be provided to the right individual but some similar past experience is preferred. This position involves a variety of marketing functions: Primarily estimating lots of company provided leads, but also as time permits: In-house marketing to our existing customer base; direct prospecting of self generated leads, lead follow up and conversion, and team-oriented customer service. Candidate will need to have a proven ability to close sales. Experience in home services, construction or other related skilled trades a plus. Must have a clean driving record, insurance and a valid driver's license. A company vehicle will be provided. We are not the kind of company to overstate earnings potential just to attract candidates - we would rather you have honest expectations that you are comfortable with. The right person for this job should easily make $75-85,000 first full year, $85-100,000+ once established. Earnings in the $120-135,000+ range are very attainable for the success driven professionals. This position starts with a monthly guarantee of $3,500 for the first three months and then transitions into a 100% commission, unless you are ready to transition sooner. No insurance provided.
