Auto Sales Representative Joshua Motor Car Company is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and motivated individual to fill this open Automotive Sales Position at our pre-owned car dealership in Pennsauken, NJ. Automobile Salesperson Job Responsibilities A Car Salesperson, or Auto Sales Representative, is responsible for selling cars, trucks and vans for personal and commercial use. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, participating in test drives with interested customers, and answer customer questions about vehicles, warranties, financing and guiding the customer through the purchase process. Automobile Salesperson Skills and Qualifications * Previous sales experience or customer service experience preferred (Auto sales a plus) * An associate's degree or a high school diploma. * A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Computer skills required * Must have current and valid driver's license, and clean driving and criminal records for employment * Ability to speak Spanish and/or other foreign language a plus Compensation * $600 per week base salary (not draw) PLUS per vehicle commission * PLUS MONTHLY GOAL BONUS About Us Joshua Motor Car Company is a family-owned independent automotive dealer with over 40 years in the automotive industry.
