Starting pay is $18.50 - $20.00 per hour plus Uncapped Bonuses. At DaBella We understand that it can be hard living off just an hourly wage or working multiple jobs to support your family. Therefore, we offer a lucrative bonus structure for top performers! Best of all there is no cap on income or growth opportunities. This is a full-time position with 35 hours a week plus opportunities to work overtime if available. Responsibilities: * Take Inbound and make outbound calls to new and existing customers from our database. * Engage with each customer and update call log and dispositions accurately. * Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities. * Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals. * Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation. * NO COLD CALLING! What DaBella offers: * (AM Shift) 7:30 AM - 3:00 pm starts at $18.50 + Uncapped Bonus! * (PM Shift) 2:30 PM - 10:00 pm starts at $20.00 + Uncapped Bonus! * Uncapped Bonus!
