Responsibilities: As a Residential Service / Install HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing or maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential settings. Your expertise and professionalism will ensure our clients receive the highest quality service, contributing to our reputation as a leading name in the industry. * Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on various residential HVAC systems * Diagnose and troubleshooting HVAC issues to provide effective solutions * Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding service options and recommendations * Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job * Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used * Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service / Install Technician. * Valid HVAC certification and EPA certification * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
