ENS Security is a leading provider in Design, Development, Manufacture & Distribution of Surveillance (CCTV), Low-Voltage and Networking Products which was founded in 2000. ENS Security is headquartered in New York and has branch locations in California, Florida, Texas, and Illinois. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee our Amazon and online store operations, with a strong focus on drop shipping and direct-to-consumer (2C) growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of selling on Amazon and managing third-party fulfillment partners, while also being hands- on with digital operations, data analysis, and customer experience optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring our eCommerce channels run efficiently -- from listing management and order fulfillment to supplier coordination and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Amazon & Ecommerce Operations * Manage daily operations for Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces. * Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing). * Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipping for drop-shipped products. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate stock levels, prompt delivery, and order accuracy. * Monitor account health, seller ratings, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon policies. * Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, logistics, and customer service) for seamless execution. * Manage relationships with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and third-party vendors. * Track and analyze operational KPIs such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and return rate. * Stay informed about Amazon's platform updates, marketplace trends, and competitive pricing strategies. Business Analysis & Reporting * Collect, clean, and analyze sales, traffic, and supplier performance data. * Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support decision-making. * Identify key growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies using data insights. * Present actionable recommendations to management for improving profitability and workflow. * Work closely with the sales and product teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory strategies. Digital Marketing Support * Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) to increase visibility and ROI. * Support SEO and keyword optimization for product listings. * Coordinate marketing activities such as promotions, coupons, and deals. * Monitor customer feedback and reviews, responding appropriately to maintain strong brand reputation. * Collaborate with marketing to align product visibility across all digital channels (Amazon, website, social media). Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. * 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon operations or online retail stores. * Strong understanding of drop-shipping workflows, supplier communication, and logistics management. * Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, and fulfillment management. * Analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools for data reporting. * Familiarity with Amazon PPC, SEO, and marketplace advertising best practices. * Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving eCommerce environment.
