Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and binding insurance policies for auto, home, and commercial insurance. You will also handle a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and answer incoming quote requests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Quoting and binding insurance policies for auto, home, and commercial insurance. * Making a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified leads. * Answering incoming quote requests promptly and professionally. * Working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Offering: * Sponsorship for 4-40 License for individuals looking to start a career in the insurance field with no prior experience. * $5,000-$10,000 per month available to earn including a Base salary + commission, and bonus money. * Paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. * Opportunity to earn commissions in addition to just a base salary. Key Qualifications: * Sales experience in any field is required. * Insurance license (4-40 or 2-20) is preferred but not required; sponsorship available for the right candidates. * Bilingual Candidate is required for this position. * Motivated individuals who are eager to earn commissions in addition to a base salary. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
